The first development of Braggs Corner began in 1999, when Rogers Fleet Service established a truck repair shop. Today, Ray’s Automotive & Heavyduty Truck Parts operates at that location.

The second phase of the development began in 2004 with four buildings up to 12,000 square feet. This was completed in 2010.

And with the addition of public water and sewer, the third and final phase of development happened in 2017 which allowed for the completeion of the southern portion of the business park in 2023.

Braggs Corner Road makes for the quickest and easiest access to shopping centers – Culpeper Colonnade (home of Target, Martin’s Foods and Tropical Smoothie) and the Centre at Culpeper (home of Lowe’s, Chili’s and UPS Store). Braggs Corner is strategically situated adjacent to the Culpeper County Sports Complex and Culpeper’s second high school, Eastern View.
